Effective July 9, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ROUTEXOR (the "Service"), operated by ATERNA AI ("we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ROUTEXOR is a bring-your-own-key ("BYOK") model routing layer. You supply your own third-party AI provider API keys, and the Service routes your requests to those providers using your keys. We do not resell provider tokens and we do not mark up your token usage; you are billed for tokens directly by your providers under your own agreements with them.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You are solely responsible for your third-party provider accounts, keys, and all charges those providers bill you. We store the provider keys you add in an encrypted vault and use them only to route your requests. We are not responsible for provider outages, pricing changes, rate limits, or charges incurred through your providers.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, transmit malware, attempt to breach security or access other tenants’ data, resell the Service without authorization, or exceed the rate limits of your plan. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider, Polar, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment processing and applicable taxes. Fees are the flat platform fees stated at checkout and are charged in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your paid features remain active through the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by ATERNA AI and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service per these Terms. You retain all rights to your own data and prompts.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that model outputs will be accurate or suitable for any purpose. AI model outputs are generated by third-party providers and may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATERNA AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or provider costs. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ATERNA AI from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your data, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date, and where appropriate we will provide notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
